Question: What goes into the price of a SweetCredit?
Answer: Google applies a 30% transaction fee to all in-app transactions on Google Play. We apply a 15% processing fee on top of this to cover infrastructure, development, operation and administration costs. We do make a small amount per transaction.
Question: Why does it take 24-48 business hours for the payment to be sent to my PayPal account?
Answer: When you buy SweetCredits in the app, it takes Google approximately six hours to process the payment. The SweetCredits team then put the cashout through a vertification process to reduce the chance of fraduent activities. A window of 24-48 business hours allows these activities to take place.
